Please note that all potential changes to the student assignment system discussed at the December 5th meeting were proposals for discussion only. No decisions were made. The committee will meet again in February and May, and any proposed changes would not be voted on until June 2018. The earliest that any change in the assignment system could go into effect would be for the assignment process starting next fall, for placements in the 2019–2020 school year.
