Know Your Rights: SFUSD Undocumented, Unafraid, and United Students Resolution
The SFUSD Board of Education passed the student-led Undocumented, Unafraid, and United Students Resolution in May 2016.
The resolution codified existing SFUSD policy on protecting the rights of undocumented students and families and expanded protections and services provided by SFUSD. Since that time, PPS-SF has worked with SFUSD and other community organizations to proactively communicate with families about their rights in public schools.
