SFUSD Enrollment Reminders

Beat the rush and avoid the lines! Turn in your SFUSD enrollment materials before the January 17, 2020 deadline. 

SFUSD schools will be closed for the Winter Break from December 23 through January 3. However, the Educational Placement Center (EPC) will remain open during the holiday season (excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day) for families to turn in applications.

The EPC is open Monday through Friday, 8am until 4:30pm. These are typical hours but we suggest you check the website before heading in!

You can also turn in your enrollment application at Leola Havard EES, at 1520 Oakdale Avenue, from 8:30am until 2:30pm. 

Enrollment forms can also be dropped off at alternative locations on specific days:

  • Tuesday, January 7, 2020, 4pm–7pm. West Portal Elementary School, 5 Lenox Way.

  • Monday,, January 13, 2020, 4pm–7pm. Sutro Elementary School, 235 12th Avenue.

  • Wednesday, January 15, 2020, 4pm–7pm. Daniel Webster Elementary School, 465 Missouri Street.

Lowell High School turn in BOTH SFUSD enrollment application AND your separate Lowell application to EPC, Leola Havard, or your current SFUSD middle school by December 13, 2020.

Ruth Asawa School of the Arts application and portfolio materials also must be turned in by December 13, 2019 at 3PM to the Main Office at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts. Note: you must list RASOTA on your SFUSD application and get that in to EPC by the January 17th deadline.
