Her end goal is to heal the world by spreading love and healing herself through music, creative expression and following her heart!
Why she chooses to do this work: Kamilah chooses to do this work because she grew up as a minority with a minority parent while attending public school in San Francisco. She remembers how rough her school career always was and how it was challenging for her parent to receive and provide help for her as a struggling student, as she had to work hard at her day job to provide basic necessities for Kamilah and her sibling. Working with Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco, she feels like, gives her the opportunity to help other students who struggled just like her, by being a helping hand to their parents in any way that she is required to as long as it is in alignment with herself!
Fun Fact: She is the fun fact.
