We are so excited to announce that Brittany Zendejas has returned to us this week!!!

Brittany is returning to us in a new promotional opportunity where she will serve as Chief of Staff! Brittany is an accomplished self-starter and strategic thinker who acts with a sense of urgency and delivers timely results. She is adept at navigating complex business and management challenges. In the Chief of Staff role, it is vital that you are a team player and can collaborate with a variety of business partners. She has already immediately impacted our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. 

Some of the functions of her role are to: 

•     Gatekeeping and overseeing the flow of communication between others and the executive that you are responsible for 

•     Oversee strategic communication business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership. 

•     Serve as liaison between associates, coordinators, departmental heads, and senior executives regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. 

•     Assist in keeping executives aware of ongoing organizational initiatives, community development and learning initiatives.
